Caden ( Gallo Caden , Breton Kaden ) is a French municipality with 1,630 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Morbihan in the region of Brittany .

geography

Caden is about 36 kilometers east of Vannes in the southeast of the Morbihan department. The Trévelo river , a tributary of the Vilaine, runs along the southwestern municipal boundary . Neighboring communities are Malansac in the north, Saint-Jacut-les-Pins in the north-east, Saint-Gorgon in the east, Béganne in the east and south-east, Péaule in the south-west and Limerzel in the west and north-west.
