The house Steubenstraße 16 is in the district Grenzlandstadion in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

Steubenstrasse was laid out in the 1930s and connects Brucknerallee and Gartenstrasse. The rectangular, box-shaped house was built in 1937. The two-storey building, laid out in two on four axes , ends with a hipped roof .

The building was entered on June 2, 1987 under No. St 011 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .
