Domain owner

The domain owner ( holder ) is the contractual partner of the registration office and thus the material owner of the domain , who also includes the other contact persons, i.e. administrative contact (" Admin-C "), technical contact (" Tech-C ") and supervisor of the name Servers (" Zone-C“), May name. In addition, however, he is also one of the z. B. persons liable as interferers and therefore, according to German jurisprudence, also has an obligation to examine in order to be able to be held liable as the interferer as the deliberately and adequately causally responsible person in the event of an infringement. If the domain owner or a co-owner is not a natural person , the corresponding company name with the addition of the legal form must be communicated.
