Domangart II , also Domangart mac Domnall († 673 ), was king of the Irish-Scottish Kingdom of Dalriada in the years 660-673.

Life

Domangart was the son of King Domnall Brecc and succeeded King Conall II Crandomna in 660 . During this time the kingdom was under the rule of Northumbria . Dalriata recorded a significant increase in importance during his reign, especially since it at least in the south of the kingdom of the Picts establish a supremacy and could throw a 673 down Pictish rebellion.
