The Domeyko Glacier ( Polish : Lodowiec Domeyki ) is a glacier on King George Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . It flows southeast to Mackellar Inlet .
Scientists on a Polish Antarctic expedition named it in 1980 after the Polish geologist and mineralogist Ignacy Domeyko (1802-1889).
