Dominique Dosch

Dominique Dosch (born February 15, 1995 in Tinizong ) is a Swiss writer from the canton of Graubünden .

Although German is spoken in her family at home and her mother is Dutch, Dosch began to write Surmiran (which is spoken in her hometown Tinizong) in her Rhaeto-Romanic idiom .

Her first novel “Sindoria” appeared in 2013, probably the first fantasy novel in Romansh. She presented the work in the same year at the literature days in Domat . She had previously won the Plema d'aur (Golden Pen) literary competition twice.

Dosch grew up in Tinizong, attended secondary school in Savognin and completed the Rhaeto-Romanic-German Matura at the Cantonal School in Chur in 2014 . Then studied psychology / pedagogy and Romansh at Friborg University .
