Domna Adamopoulou

Domna Adamopoulou ( Greek Δόμνα Αδαμοπούλου ; born October 26, 1940 in Monastiraki , Greek Μοναστηράκι ) is a Greek actress .

In 1963 she moved to Germany and initially ran a Greek restaurant in Cologne .

In addition to her role as "Elena Sarikakis" in the series Lindenstrasse , which she played from 1985 to 2015, she is regularly on the theater stage. In 2014 she played in the dramedy Bread & Olives ( Greek Ψωμί και Ελιές ) , a German-Greek co-production, the mother of the two brothers Leonidas and Vangelis, who, due to the lack of prospects in Greece, are trying to emigrate with their mother to Germany, in order to allegedly her uncle's flourishing pub to earn money.

Domna Adamopoulou has two children.
