Dompo is an almost extinct language in Ghana with only about 60 to 70 (1999 Blench ) speakers in an ethnic group of 965 (2000, WCD) Dompo in Ghana. In the Bono region of Ghana, in the Dompofie district of Banda , Dompo is only spoken by a few older members of the community.
Alternative names are Dumpo and Ndmpo.
