Donglan

Donglan ( Chinese  东兰县 , Pinyin Dōnglán Xiàn ; Zhuang Dunghlanz Yen ) is a district of the prefecture -level city of Hechi in the Guangxi Autonomous Region of the Zhuang nationality in the People's Republic of China . In 1999 it had 277,643 inhabitants.
