Dongming ( Chinese  东明县 , Pinyin Dōngmíng Xiàn ) is a district that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Heze in the southwest of the east Chinese province of Shandong . In 1999 it had 677,563 inhabitants.
