Cao (Heze)

Cao ( Chinese  曹县 , Pinyin Cáo Xiàn ) is a district that belongs to the administrative area of ​​the prefecture -level city of Heze in the southwest of the east Chinese province of Shandong . In 1999 it had 1,394,034 inhabitants.
