The house Donnersbergerstraße 50a is a listed tenement house in Munich 's Neuhausen district .
The building in the style of the “German Renaissance” with an Art Nouveau touch was built around 1900. It has a bay window , a tail gable and is richly decorated. The house on Donnersbergerstrasse forms an assembly group with houses 46, 48 and 50 .
Trivia
The well-known Bavarian folk actor Helmut Fischer alias Monaco Franze grew up in the house .
