Hörningen village church
The Protestant village church Hörningen is located in the Hörningen district of the city of Nordhausen in the Nordhausen district in Thuringia .
history
After the destruction of the Walkenried monastery in the Peasants' War , in which the farmers of the village had participated, the inhabitants of the village became Protestant. The dilapidated church collapsed on May 12, 1737 . The church was rebuilt in 1753 according to Protestant principles.
