Dorothée Neff

Dorothée Neff (* 1988 in Karlsruhe ) is a German actress .

Life

Dorothée Neff studied jazz singing, musicology, Judaism and Portuguese in Heidelberg and Cologne in 2006 and 2007. Then she went to London for four years and studied at Royal Holloway University. In 2011 she decided to study acting and graduated from the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen in 2015. During her studies she performed as a guest at the Schauspielhaus Bochum, the Thron Theater Glasgow and the Chandler Theater Glasgow. After graduating, she took to the stage for several productions by the Berliner Ensemble. There she played Gretchen in Goethe's Faust 1 & 2, directed by Robert Wilson. From August 2016 to the beginning of 2020 she was part of the ensemble of the Deutsches Theater Göttingen .
