Dorothea Nuremberg

Dorothea Nürnberg (born November 29, 1964 in Graz ) is an Austrian writer .

Career

Dorothea Nürnberg studied German and French philology in Graz and at the Sorbonne . Then she worked in art management. Her works include lyric cycles (including Consciousness in Becoming, 1996), plays (Penelope, premiered in 1998), prose and literary contributions for ORF and Ö1. She has also worked for artistic co-projects, art catalogs (including for Li Yan Pin , Peter Atanasov (Austrian painter), Christian Kvasnicka ) and exhibitions. She also deals with art photography. In addition to her literary work, she also published articles in daily newspapers and magazines. Nuremberg is a member of the international PEN Club Writers Association and an honorary member of the International Film and Television Club , Marwah Studio Complex, New Delhi, India. She lives in Vienna.
