Dreifaltigkeitskloster Laupheim is the name of a monastery of the Steyler Mission Sisters in Laupheim .

Emergence

The Trinity Monastery in Laupheim was founded in 1966 and is therefore still a relatively young monastery . It has modern buildings as well as a very modern monastery church.

tasks

The sisters belonged to the active branch of the Steyler Missionswerk and are socially and charitable. For example, they work in nursing and AIDS prevention, they take on educational activities in schools and kindergartens, pastoral care in church parishes and health institutions, work with marginalized groups and media work on an international level.

The monastery mainly serves as a retirement home for 57 sisters and has a nursing ward. The house is also open to individuals and groups. The sisters offer women spiritual guidance and the opportunity to get to know monastic life in a Ruach group (“ temporary monastery”).

In addition, various courses are offered to deepen spiritual life, such as days of reflection, retreats or an introduction to contemplative prayer .
