Three entwined arcs

Three legs , as triquestra called, is a mystical geometric figure and consists of three intertwined arcs, which usually still by a circle intertwine and are without beginning or end. It is also believed to be a symbol of the Holy Trinity . The decoration can be found on Romanesque churches . The figure is also counted as part of the tracery .
