Javid Ismayil (full name: Ismayil Javid Ajdar oglu; born June 1, 1972 in Chomakhtur, Nakhchivan ASSR , Azerbaijani SSR , USSR ) is an Azerbaijani economist, lawyer, doctor of philosophy in economics, founder of the International Journal of "Economic Research", Vice Chairman of "Turan Research Center" Public Union.

Life

Dschavid Ismail was on June 1, 1972 at the village of Tschomachtur Scharur region of Nakhichevan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic was born. In 1988 he finished middle school and in 1995 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of the Nakhchivan State University (NSU). In 2014 he graduated from the law faculty of the NSU and received his third degree in 2018 at the faculty for international relations.

As a teenager he joined the struggle of the Azerbaijani people against the USSR Empire and the national liberation movement. He voluntarily took an active part in the fighting against the Armenian bandits who were trying to enter the Nakhichevan area.

Javid, a youth who was actively involved in the 1989 border movement and the destruction of the borders of the USSR Empire, although the most strategic border area at the time, today's Azerbaijani-Turkish border, belonged to Azerbaijan, the border administration was located in the area of the then Armenian SSR, and Moscow gathered all its strength and insisted on ensuring the inviolability of the border guards running through this part, on January 7, 1991, first Javid and a small number of his comrades sacrificed their lives to destroy this strategic area.

In general, Javid Ismayil, a youth who was interrogated three times by the KGB of the USSR during the national liberation movement, was investigated for his activities in opening the border with Turkey. In general, the people's destruction of the barbed wire of the empire and this incident were published in several editions of the All-Union newspaper " Moskowskije Novosti " published in Moscow .

He is a conscript and is married with three children.

Javid Ismayil is the son of Professor Ajdar Ismayilov and the grandson of Tagi Ismayilov , an independent partisan, one of the commanders of the Red Battalion, who fought against the Armenian Dashnaks mainly in the direction of Sharur-Daralayaz.

Scientific activity

Javid Ismail has worked in a state body with law enforcement status since 1996. At the same time, his keen interest in science from his school days led him to develop in this direction. From 1997 to 2000 he was a PhD student at the Institute for Economics at ANAW. In 2000 he defended his dissertation on "The Effects of the Tax System on the Formation and Development of Entrepreneurship in Azerbaijani Industry" and obtained a PhD in economics. As a part-time job, he taught economics and law at a number of universities as a doctor of philosophy in economics.

Javid Ismail is the founder of the International Journal of Economic Research, an independent international scientific journal with the International Standard Serial Number ISSN 2522-9451, published in Paris, central France. At the same time, Javid Ismayil is best known in the media for his autographs, journalistic writings, stories and poems.

Social activities

At the same time, Javid Ismayil is often and very actively involved in the public life of Azerbaijan. It promotes the rich culture and ancient history of the Turkish peoples, and helps to develop cultural bonds between the Turkish peoples, promote the history, culture, folklore and traditions of the Turkish peoples, and support historical research. As well as conducting educational work in the field of protection of national, intellectual and historical values ​​of the Azerbaijani people. He is one of the founders and vice chairs of the Turan Research Center Public Union, which was established to promote solidarity and historical relationships among the Turkish peoples.
