The Dubai Towers Istanbul form the tallest building in the 300 meters Bosporus skyline. In 2008, the skyscraper project was district Levent in Istanbul , Turkey , built. The two towers contain office space, shopping and entertainment centers, retail stores and a hotel.

The then mayor Kadir Topbaş expected costs of 420 million euros; the towers are part of a larger $ 5 billion project. The whole project should be financed with the help of investors from the Arab sheikdom of Dubai . The real estate and investment company, in which Dubai International Properties holds 80% and the city of Istanbul 20%, was involved in the construction. After all, it was also the goal to put 49% of the company's shares on the stock exchange .
