Smells a hundred

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Dufte Hundert or Dufte 100 is a simple dice game with two dice for any number of players.

Style of play

Dufte Hundred is played with two dice.

In the game, each player rolls two dice in turn, once each, the number of dice rolled is noted. If a player has one Pasch rolls, can or the two dice must he multiply, making four of a kind 16 points and a Snake Eyes brings only one point. The winner of the game is the player who reaches 100 points first.

As a variant, the game can also be played in such a way that a double is present even if it is created by turning a die. This is the case whenever the original roll is a seven.

In the "with chicane" version, a teammate is punished if he overlooks the possibility of turning around. He is then only allowed to write down the sum of the dice while the player who discovered the mistake is credited with the double.
