Dark buck

A variant of the bock beer is called a dark bock (also dark bock ) . They are brewed like normal bock beers, but a small amount of roasted malt is added to the mash , which causes the color. However, the amount of roasted malt is so small that there is no pronounced roasted malt character such as B. arises with the porter . Dunkelbock with higher alcohol and original wort content are also called Dunkeldoppelbock . The beer is described as full-bodied in the body, strong and malty in the finish, but not sweet.
