Sir Stephen Harry Waley-Cohen, 2nd Baronet (born June 22, 1946 in Westminster , London ) is an English theater owner, manager and producer who previously had a career as a businessman and financial journalist. He directs St. Martin's Theater in London's West End and is the current producer of The Mousetrap , the longest running play in the world. He is chairman of the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) Council.

He is the elder son of the former Lord Mayor of London Sir Bernard Waley-Cohen, 1st Baronet , whose title of nobility as 2nd Baronet , of Honeymead in the County of Somerset, he inherited in 1991. He has five children from two marriages, including violinist Tamsin Waley-Cohen and entrepreneur Jack Waley-Cohen .
