Dunkley is one of 150 constituencies used to elect the Australian House of Representatives . It is located in the southern part of the Melbourne metropolitan area in the state of Victoria . The constituency includes Frankston , Mornington, and Mount Eliza .
It was named after the Australian union and women's rights activist Louisa Margaret Dunkley and was created in 1984.
Bruce Billson of the Liberal Party of Australia has been the incumbent MP for the constituency since 1996 .
