Telti is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 2296 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sassari in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 15 kilometers west-southwest of Olbia . The neighboring municipalities are Calangianus , Monti , Olbia and Sant'Antonio di Gallura .

In the neighboring municipality of Monti , the Monti-Telti station is on the Cagliari – Golfo Aranci Marittima railway line . It was once the starting point of the narrow-gauge Monti – Tempio Pausania railway , on which the Telti station was located. The Strada Statale 127 Settentrionale Sarda leads through the municipality from Olbia to Sassari .
