Anela is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 611 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sassari in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 52.5 kilometers southeast of Sassari .

The rock chamber necropolis of Sos Furrighesos with 20 Domus de Janas, which was created by the Ozieri culture (3000–2300 BC), is located nearby (difficult to access).
