Buddusò is a municipality with 3762 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sassari in Sardinia in Italy .

Domus de janas di Ludurru

The municipality is located 150 km north of Cagliari and about 45 km southwest of Olbia .

The Bianco Sardo , a whitish to whitish-gray granite, is mined in numerous quarries in the vicinity of the small town . The Lago di Serno , which is surrounded by holm oak forests , is nearby . Numerous nuraghi , the Domus de Janas of Ludurru and the two dolmens of Buddusò bring tourists to the place.

In the vicinity of the village are the places Alà dei Sardi , Bitti , Oschiri , Osidda and Pattada .
