Mores is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1873 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) in the province of Sassari in Sardinia . The municipality is located about 31 kilometers southeast of Sassari .

Su Crastu de Santu Eliseu ( German  "The Stone of Sant Elia" ) and the dolmen Sa Coveccada are near Mores.

Racetrack

The Autodromo Nazionale Franco di Suni (also Autodromo di Mores ) has existed in the small village of Su Sassu south of Mores since 2003 . It is an approximately three kilometer long motorsport racing track .
