Implementing companies are companies that are entrusted with a specific task and founded for this purpose (see contracting ). These can be non-sovereign tasks of public bodies , projects or events . In particular, it is common to organize companies for individual trade fairs , possibly as subcontractors to the owners of the event space. The German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) transfers in many cases, projects of development cooperation in implementing organizations . Execution companies with very limited tasks are typical special purpose vehicles .
