Dyrck Schneidbach

Dyrck Schneidbach (* 1964 in Schlema ) is a German engineer and politician ( CDU ).

Life and work

After attending general secondary school, Schneidbach completed vocational training from 1980 to 1982. From 1982 to 1984 he continued his education at the adult education center, passed his A-levels there and then did basic military service with the NVA . From 1986 to 1990 he completed his studies at the Hochschule für Bauwesen (HfB) in Cottbus , from which he graduated as a qualified engineer. He then worked until November 1990 as an employee in the Department for Environment / Urban Economics of the Cottbus city administration.

Schneidbach joined the Eastern CDU in October 1984 and became a member of the all-German Christian Democrats in 1990. From 1990 to 1994 he was a member of the Brandenburg State Parliament, where he was a member of the Committee for State Development and Environmental Protection. In parliament he represented the constituency of Cottbus II .
