The constituency of Cottbus II (constituency 44) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . Since the state elections in 2009 at least, it has included the south-western part of the independent city of Cottbus with the districts Gallinchen, Groß Gaglow , Kahren , Kiekebusch, Madlow, Sachsendorf, Spremberger Vorstadt and Ströbitz .
