The Oberhavel II constituency (constituency 8) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the town of Hohen Neuendorf and the communities of Mühlenbecker Land , Birkenwerder and Glienicke / Nordbahn , which are in the Oberhavel district. In the last state election, 50,689 residents were entitled to vote.
For the 2014 state elections, the city of Velten was assigned to the Oberhavel I state constituency (constituency 7).
