The Oberhavel I constituency (constituency 7) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the towns of Hennigsdorf and Kremmen as well as the communities of Löwenberger Land and Oberkrämer , which are located in the Oberhavel district. 54,818 residents were entitled to vote in the last state election.
For the 2014 state election , the city of Velten , which previously belonged to the Oberhavel II state electoral district , was added to the cities and municipalities mentioned .
