The Oberspreewald-Lausitz I constituency (constituency 38) is an electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the cities of Lauchhammer and Schwarzheide , the municipality of Schipkau and the offices of Ortrand and Ruhland from the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district . In the last state election, 34,671 residents were entitled to vote.
