It includes the cities of Kyritz , Pritzwalk and Wittstock / Dosse as well as the communities Heiligengrabe , Groß Pankow and the offices of Meyenburg and Putlitz-Berge , which are located in the districts of Prignitz and Ostprignitz-Ruppin . 45,068 residents were eligible to vote in the last state election.
