The Elbe-Elster II constituency (constituency 37) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the cities of Bad Liebenwerda , Doberlug-Kirchhain , Elsterwerda and Mühlberg / Elbe , the municipality of Röderland and the offices of Elsterland , Plessa and Schradenland from the Elbe-Elster district . 41,764 residents were entitled to vote in the last state election.
