The constituency of Cottbus I (constituency 43) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the north-eastern part of the independent city of Cottbus with the districts Branitz , Dissenchen, Döbbrick , Merzdorf, Mitte, Sandow, Saspow, Schmellwitz, Sielow , Skadow and Willmersdorf. 40,965 were entitled to vote in the last state election.
