The constituency Ostprignitz-Ruppin III / Havelland III (constituency 4) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the cities of Rathenow and Premnitz as well as the municipalities of Milower Land , Wusterhausen / Dosse and the offices of Rhinow and Neustadt (Dosse) , which are located in the districts of Havelland and Ostprignitz-Ruppin . In the last state election, 46,678 residents were entitled to vote.
