Movement New Order

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The New Order Movement (BNO) is a neo-Nazi organization that emerged from a split from the NPD . She performed with different names. It was founded on February 1, 2004 in Vetschau, Brandenburg, by the former state chairman of the Brandenburg NPD Mario Schulz and the former chairman of the Brandenburg Young National Democrats Jens Pakleppa , after Safet Babic of Bosnian origin appeared on the NPD's 2004 European elections . From this, Schulz concluded that the NPD had betrayed the “principle of descent” and was therefore no longer “ racist enough” and had shown its true colors as a “system party”. The BNO leaned heavily on the 25-point program of the NSDAP in its program . The focus of her programmatic writings was on nationalist and revisionist positions, such as the goal of building a national community and the incorporation of former German provinces . According to the Office for the Protection of the Constitution, the BNO had 100 members when it was founded.

The apron organization “Schutzbund Deutschland” was banned on July 4, 2006 because it was “essentially related to National Socialism ”.

Working under pseudonyms

Already on February 4, 2004 activists of the BNO appeared at an event of the Pritzwalker initiative “Show your face” and tried to explain their program to those present. A few days later, they distributed "seditious leaflets" in front of the Wittenberg Upper School Center , which thematized the advance of the Red Army and the bombing of Dresden .

In the 2005 annual report, the Brandenburg Office for the Protection of the Constitution stated that at the beginning of 2005 the BNO no longer appeared in public, but that two successor organizations or cover organizations had become known. These were the Schutzbund Germany and the community of interests in South-East Brandenburg .

Yes to Brandenburg

The voting list Yes to Brandenburg (JA) reached 0.4 percent of eligible voters in the Brandenburg state elections in 2004 and thus remained below the hurdle for reimbursement of election campaign costs . On this list were Mario Schulz, Mathias Wirth and Lutz Meyer, three nominations that were still in the Brandenburg municipal elections in 2003 for the NPD in local councils. According to the list itself, the candidacy should only serve to get state reimbursement of election campaign costs in order to finance its own propaganda. After this target was missed and the state pressure to persecute increased, the list did not reappear.

Schutzbund Germany

The Schutzbund was best known for its direct mail. These included an A5-sized leaflet, the design of which was reminiscent of NSDAP leaflets from the 1920s and 30s. These appeared above all in Wittstock / Dosse , Neustadt (Dosse) , Neuruppin , Kyritz , Pritzwalk , Perleberg , Lehnin and Potsdam - i.e. the districts of Prignitz , Ostprignitz-Ruppin and Potsdam-Mittelmark . But also outside of the state of Brandenburg , B. in Osterburg (Altmark) or in Castle Stargard ( Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ) the "Schutzbund" distributed its leaflets.

The leaflets primarily dealt with the topics of unemployment , migration and privatization and put Nazi propaganda under them in an aggressive tone . Distributed flyers and a website that called for an election boycott during the early federal elections in 2005 caused a particular stir . These papers were signed with “Federal election boycott leader”. The website showed pictures of rubbish bins with the words “Your ballot box”.

Shortly before the prohibition order by the Brandenburg Ministry of the Interior and during the 2006 World Cup , the Schutzbund distributed a leaflet with the portrait of the German national player Gerald Asamoah , which was headed with the words "No, Gerald - You are not Germany". As a result of this campaign, the Schutzbund received a lot of media coverage at home and abroad.

On July 4, 2006, the association was banned because it was directed against “the constitutional order and the idea of international understanding ” and was “essentially related to National Socialism ”. With effect from July 29, 2008, the Federal Administrative Court rejected the complaint that had been lodged and thus confirmed the ban on associations with legal force. As a result of the ban, Schulz lost his district council and Wirth his city council mandate.

Movement New Germany

On July 23, less than 20 days after the Schutzbund was banned, leaflets appeared in Brandenburg an der Havel with an almost identical layout to that of the Schutzbund publications. They were entitled “Hurray, hurray! We are world champions ”and had alleged negative top positions in the Federal Republic on the subject. They were signed with the group name Movement New Germany, a merger of the names Movement New Order and Schutzbund Germany .

Responsible for these leaflets within the meaning of press law drew Maik Eminger , who, along with Mario Schulz and Mathias Wirth, in December 2006 from the suspicion of sedition was acquitted. Eminger caused a stir when he wanted to hold a "German Christmas party" at Christmas 2006. Since the police suspected that it was an event of a successor organization to the Schutzbund, this was banned. The ban was declared unlawful by the Potsdam Administrative Court in September 2011.

Community of the South-East Brandenburg

The GGSOBB, which was mainly active in the Lübben , Lübbenau and Cottbus area , reported on its website on the actions of right-wing extremists . The GGSOBB was in the headlines when leading members were involved in the attack on the youth club "Question Mark eV" on May 14, 2005 in Cottbus.

In September 2006, the community of beliefs announced the closure of its website. This was justified with the words: "Now the limits of the existing forms of action have been reached, the possibilities that were necessary to lay the foundation stone have been exhausted, so that the resistance is ready to climb the next level." Contrary to official representations, it acted not a dissolution of the GGSOBB, but merely a restructuring.
