The Elbe-Elster I constituency (constituency 36) is a state electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the cities of Falkenberg / Elster , Finsterwalde , Herzberg (Elster) , Schönewalde , Sonnewalde and Uebigau-Wahrenbrück as well as the offices of Kleine Elster (Niederlausitz) and Schlieben from the Elbe-Elster district . In the last state election, 46,107 residents were entitled to vote.
