Wilfried Schrey

Wilfried Schrey (born February 6, 1944 in Kölsa ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 1990 to 1994 he was district administrator and from 1994 to 2009 a member of the state parliament of Brandenburg .

education and profession

Wilfried Schrey trained as a toolmaker from 1961 to 1963 and worked as a fitter at PKM Leipzig from 1963 to 1968. From 1965 to 1966 he did his basic military service and then from 1968 to 1973 he was a locksmith at VEG Kölsa. From 1968 to 1973 he studied agricultural engineering at the engineering college in Berlin-Wartenberg and graduated as an engineer for agricultural engineering. He then worked from 1973 to 1980 as technical manager at VEG Kölsa and from 1980 to 1990 as technical manager at LPG (P) Großrössen.

Wilfried Schrey is a Protestant, married and has two children.

Wilfried Schrey has been a member of the CDU since 1971 . After the reunification , he became district administrator of the Herzberg district from 1990 to 1994 . He has been a member of the Elbe-Elster district council since 1998 . From 1990 to 1994 he was a member of the Kölsa community council. Until 1999 he was district chairman of the CDU Elbe-Elster, then deputy district chairman.

From October 11, 1994 to October 20, 2009 he was a member of the state parliament without interruption. Here he was deputy chairman of the CDU parliamentary group and was a member of the budget and finance committee and the infrastructure and regional planning committee.
