The constituency of Märkisch-Oderland I / Oder-Spree IV (constituency 31) is an electoral district in Brandenburg . It includes the communities of Hoppegarten and Neuenhagen near Berlin from the Märkisch-Oderland district as well as the city of Erkner and the communities of Schöneiche near Berlin and Woltersdorf from the Oder-Spree district . 56,646 residents were entitled to vote in the last state election.
