Döbbrick , Lower Sorbian Depsk , is a district of the city of Cottbus in Niederlausitz in Brandenburg .

geography

The place is six kilometers north of Cottbus on the left bank of the Spree . Neighboring towns are Drehnow , Döbbrick Ost , Turnow , Expansion Windmühle and Peitz in the northeast, Mous in the east, Willmersdorf , Neu Lakoma , Lakoma and Skadow in the southeast, Saspow in the south, Masnick's Häuslergut and Sielow in the southwest and Dissen and Maiberg in the northwest.

history

Döbbrick was an independent municipality in the Cottbus district and later in the Cottbus district . On December 6, 1993, it was incorporated into Cottbus and became a district there. The incorporated place Skadow is also a district of the independent city of Cottbus.

Attractions

The village church of Döbbrick was built in 1911 in the Neo-Rococo style . The church furnishings come from the construction time.
