history

The company was formed in 1999 by separating from the US company Enron , which went bankrupt in 2001. In 2003, EOG Resources acquired $ 320 million worth of oil and gas fields from Husky Energy in Canada. Since 2007, the company's headquarters and administration have been located in the Heritage Plaza high-rise . In 2014, a large part of the Canadian business was sold again.
