EPRA index

The FTSE EPRA Global Real Estate Index is an internationally used series of stock indices , which is created by the European Public Real Estate Association with headquarters in Brussels (Belgium) in cooperation with FTSE (UK) and NAREIT (USA). The indices are made up of various listed real estate companies that are traded on different international stock exchanges.

Decisions regarding the inclusion of a company in one of the various FTSE-EPRA / NAREIT index categories are made by a global committee and three additional regional committees. The index series are updated quarterly based on the established index policy rules.
