The Europa-Versicherungs-Group is a Cologne- based direct insurer to which the companies Europa Lebensversicherung AG and Europa Versicherung AG belong.
history
The history of the European companies goes back to the foundation of Europa Krankenversicherung AG in 1959. In 1969 Europa Lebensversicherung AG was founded and in 1976 Europa Sachversicherung AG was founded . In 1983 it was integrated into the Continentale insurance association . In 2010 the Europa Krankenversicherung AG merged with the Europa Sachversicherung AG and thus merged into the Europa Versicherung AG .
