Earl of Oxford and Asquith
Earl of Oxford and Asquith is a hereditary British title in the Peerage of the United Kingdom .
The Earls' family home is The Manor House near Frome , Somerset .
Award
The title was bestowed on former Prime Minister Herbert Henry Asquith on February 9, 1925 , along with the subordinate title Viscount Asquith , of Morley in the West Riding of the County of York .
Today's title holder has been his great-grandson Raymond Asquith as 3rd Earl since 2011 .
