Eberhard Kirchhoff

Eberhard "Banga" Kirchhoff (born January 28, 1952 in Oberhausen ) is a German writer and poet.

Life

Kirchhoff was born in Oberhausen , where he grew up, and later lived in Dortmund . He worked in various professions and is also qualified to teach German and sports at grammar school. He has been working as a freelance writer since 1984 and was the initiator of the Dortmund Poetry Week .

Kirchhoff lived and worked in Azerbaijan from 1999 to 2001 .

Today Kirchhoff lives in the Eifel, is divorced and has two children. He has been playing pétanque since 1984 , was German runner-up (triplet) in 1996, and has written several books on the subject.
