Eckhart Vogt
Eckhart Vogt (also Eckhardt , born January 3, 1898 in Breslau , † May 10, 1977 in Marburg ) was a German physicist and professor at the Philipps University of Marburg .
Vogt taught solid state physics . In 1927 he became assistant and senior assistant to Eduard Grüneisen , who encouraged him very much. He completed his habilitation in Marburg in 1932 and was appointed associate professor in 1938. He investigated Heusler's alloy further and other magnetic metals, and worked extensively with industry.
In 1933 he signed the confession of professors at German universities and colleges about Adolf Hitler .
