The building

The corner house on Karlstrasse / Neue Jülicher Strasse is located in Düren in North Rhine-Westphalia .

The residential and commercial building is in Düren-Nord at the confluence of Karlstrasse and Neue Jülicher Strasse.

The three-story brick building has a sloping corner. On the ground floor the facade has rusticated plaster, the upper floors are decorated with neo-Gothic stucco ornaments. On the ground floor there is a shop with partially preserved original furnishings.

The building is registered under No. 1/031 in the list of monuments of the city of Düren.
