Corner leaf or corner bulb is an ornament at the base of a column in architecture .

The corner sheet forms the mediation between the four corners of the rectangular base plate ( plinth ) and the lowest member of the base resting on it. The leaf shape is most common, less often other ornaments , rarely animal shapes.
